How to Request Account Deletion

Use the subject: Quick Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address used in Quick.
Include the connected school name or school access code.
Include the parent or guardian name.
Provide enough information for us to verify the request.

Request: Please delete my Quick account and associated personal data.

What Data May Be Deleted

Parent or guardian account access records.
Contact information linked to the Quick account.
Device tokens and notification preferences.
Profile information controlled by UltraTech.
Other personal information not required to be retained.

What Data May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained when required by law, contract, school policy, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate educational and operational needs. These may include attendance logs, billing records, audit records, security logs, and school-controlled student records.

Processing Time

We may request verification information. Verified requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to legal, contractual, and school-record requirements.

Delete Selected Data Without Deleting the Account

Users may request correction or deletion of specific personal information without deleting the entire Quick account, where permitted. Use the same email and identify the specific information.
